normal clothes….they’ll give you a rob most of the time otherwise you are covered up with blankets

i think you mean massage. and you will undress completely during the massage, so it doesn’t matter what you wear. if you are uncomfortable undressing completely, you can wear under wear.. but don’t wear boxers. a thong or briefs is fine.
even though you undress completely, your genitals will remain covered during the entire massage.. no there is no need to wear underwear

where your normal apparel, they should provide you with a robe or they will exit the room and give you some time to undress, lay down on the table and cover up with a sheet. they will knock before they enter.

Unerwear. They will give you a sheet or a towel though. You may not get a choice between male and female so it depends on how comfy you are naked
