What is the difference between a hot oil and a hair spa treatment? Which is better between the two?

Hot oil treatment is mineral oil that you use at home. Hair spa treatment involves more stuff. it depends. At least with the home hot oil, you know what you are putting on your head, but the hair spa stuff probably is better.

    hot oil has actually never been proven to do anything. it feels good when massaged into the scalp, but thats about it. when you get a spa treatment on your hair/scalp that usually means some relaxing essential oils added into a conditioning treat for your hair. either way, if accompanied by a wicked long head massage both are sweet.
