What are some good things to do for yourself in a personal spa treatment?

Obvious:
Mani-Pedi, Hair replenishment, shave legs, pluck eyebrows.
Anything else?
And are their any good facial scrubs that can be homemade that you YOURSELF have tried out and it has worked well?
And anythings that would be good for my hair?

Personal spa treatments are my favorite thing to do on the weekends. Masques and scrubs for the face and hair are easy to make, and all the stuff you need is in the kitchen!!!

1. Mashing an avocado and working it into your hair is FABULOUSLY moisturizing. You can add honey for more moisture, but it’s just fine by itself.

2. My favorite body scrub is a cup of brown sugar mixed into a cup and a half of olive or coconut oil. It sloughs off dead skin and gives you a pretty flush.

3. To make your feet uber soft, slather them with lotion and keep your socks on overnight. Better than pedicures!

4. Lips will also get super soft if you scrub them with the olive oil/brown sugar mix.

5. Work a few tablespoons of olive oil into your hair. Its astringent properties sop up oil (even though that seems counter productive) and moisturize healthily.

6. Pineapple and tomato are both great for zits (even though that for sure doesn’t sound very good!!)

Turkish coffee + olive oil and scrub!

works on any part of the body

    for the hair :

theres this mixture for hair :
    -1 egg
    -olive oil
    -sesame oil
    -a little milk
    -a little sugar
    - hazelnut oil
    - brennessel tonic (boiled)

mix them, and apply to your hair. wait for at least 2 hours and wash your hair with brennessel shampoo. DO NOT USE HAIR CONDITIONER.
Do this 3-4 times a week. I had extreme hair loss in the past,no medicine or hair lotion provided permanent solution. I used only these natural materials and my hair loss problem has disappeared!
I havent had any serious hair loss since 2 years.
