how often should i have my hair spa treatment?

is it every month or every 6 months?

It really depends how often you wreck it…
by putting styling agents in it wont harm you hair..but straightening it and blowing drying curling etc. will kill your hair if you "wreck" pretty regularly you should get a reconditioning treatment every 3months. I took cosmetology so i do have some knowledge!!
