the 4 p’s for a health spa ?
same as general marketing 4p’s —
Product – here product is the service you provide at health spa. Here your product is not tangible. You can’t touch it. That’s because the core product is the BENEFIT of the service that makes it valuable to the customer.
Price – How much the customers are paying for your health spa benefits. If your price is higher, the expectations will be higher, customers will want a higher quality service from you.
Promotion – Customers need to know what you are providing/how you are providing. You need to give them a reason to choose your service rather than someone else’s. So how you are promoting your service to the customer? Branding? Special offers? Advertisement?
Place – Where is the service taking place? Also this could mean the ways of displaying your service to the customers. Is your service available when your customer is getting there? Does it have all the facilities needed to provide to your customer? Is it neat and clean?
