You will need a cosmetologists Manager's license to manage the spa. You will need to select a prime spot where to open the service. Monitor water purification and may have to invest into a pristine water conditioner and filter. You will need to have on staff but not limited to all: cosmetologists, aesthetitians, aromoatherapists, massotherapists (they may be independant contractors), pedicure / manicurists, dermabrasion techs, and a bistro to supply small meals for a day at the spa contract. permanent cosmetics requires a separate entrance and must be separated from the spa as they are regulated by the health department.
