All spa treatments can be relaxing, the solution is to select one that you are comfortable with. That way you can select the right one for you. Still confused, have a Swedish massage with lavender massage oil. Lavender is very relaxing.
must be easy and use everyday products, im not going out to buy anything. im thinking im going to do a pedicure and facial.
For a pedicure, in a bowl mix sugar and olive oil. This is super messy, but if you keep your feet in a bowl or the tub it’s fine. The sugar is a natural exfoliant which will remove dead skin, and the olive oil is a moisturizer and will replenish the barrier in your feet. Add a couple drops of scented oil to make to smell nicer.
For a really nice hair mask, use an avocado. It might sound gross but trust me. Mash an avocado, add 1-2 drops of olive oil and apply as a mask. The shine and manageability of your hair after is amazing and well worth sticking avocado in your hair 
Have a relaxing bath with epsom salts or bubble bath. Light a candle, and breath deeply. It will relax you.

It is a small wedding, and she didn’t have any showers or a bachelorette party- which I would have thrown- so I would like to give her something the morning of the wedding…something sweet and thoughtful. -a best friends bracelet your name on hers and her name on yours – date of meeting
-hire some singers to come sing for her
-think about what it takes to make a marriage and then give her a box, book, basket ….. filled with those symbols – hard work, luck, love, two together, good friends, good advice, money ….. and a list describing what each thing means.

if you go to the store and get some sented candels and some bath beeds and turn on a cd with nature sounds or somthing that calms you down or you could light some sented candels and sented pillows and just lay down and listen to something realxing …………………………its lest espensive then a spa
One home remedy to use is tea bags (previously used) for your eyes. Also nice warm bath with some bath salts or bath beads can help you relax after a hard and long day.
